Christine Belz is the founder and President of Belz & Associates, Inc. Established in 1988, Belz & Associates, Inc. is a human resource consulting firm specializing in the design and implementation of compensation systems and the development and delivery of individual and team development processes to improve organizational effectiveness. Prior to forming her own firm, Christine served as Director of Compensation & Benefits for the Cleveland Clinic Foundation where she designed and installed a new compensation system for 500 exempt professional employees and developed a variable performance pay system for 6,000 non-exempt employees. Chris also held several executive human resource management positions with the Diamond Shamrock Corporation ultimately directing the function for 7000 Chemical Unit employees worldwide.
